About Joan “Jody” Hooper
Hello! My name is Joan “Jody” G. Hooper, Owner/Qualifying Broker and real estate specialist of The Hooper Power Team Real Estate, LLC., of Las Cruces, NM, with 32+ years in the real estate industry. I assist buyers and sellers of residential & commercial real estate as well as land, farms & ranches in and around the area.
As a former licensed real estate appraiser and instructor for 19 years for Educational Colleges of America and Kaplan Professional School, I have licensed many NM appraisers and authored Real Estate and Appraisal textbooks.
My extensive knowledge of new construction has served almost 400 homeowners in Las Cruces.
As a native New Mexican, born in Carlsbad to farmers and ranchers, and graduate of NMSU, Eastern New Mexico University, and Texas Tech.
Appraising, listing, showing, selling, decorating, flipping, owning, renting – I love everything about real estate! The only thing I love more is people.
